June 30th, 2015, our first time driving to work with the new, hopefully temporary H.O.V. lanes enforced. We were anticipating a higher volume of traffic and thinking we would have to take an alternate route, as if that would make a difference. With the dreaded thought of traffic, chaos and congestion, now would also be the perfect time to launch our concierge service.
